The goal of the course is to provide staff learners with the knowledge and skills to manage difficult conversations and handle conflict effectively in the workplace. Participants will have the chance to practice using their interpersonal skills and addressing various scenarios that could arise so they are prepared to build stronger relationships with peers, management and/or clients.

Learners who successfully complete both Managing Difficult Conversations and Constructive Conflict Management will receive a certificate of participation in Fundamentals of Conflict Management
