Course Description

An advanced module on effective communication that builds on Communication Skills for Leaders, Level I. Through a series of interactive activities, peer feedback, role play and self-reflection, learners will identify the art of business communication with tips on persuasion and language with the aim of being perceived as a credible and engaging communicator. Participants will be introduced to communications experts - not just theory experts, but persuasion experts and behavioural scientists – and set goals towards practicing and applying communication concepts to everyday work-settings.

Participants will be asked to compose a reflective analysis highlighting a current leadership challenge. The reflection should articulate leadership challenges, aiming to apply class knowledge in addressing these issues by the end of the program.
