Course Description

This course is created for new and aspiring supervisors working for The Corporation of the City of Windsor and affiliated members. The program is designed to incorporate the core supervisory competencies outlined in the City of Windsor’s competency dictionary for supervisory/non-union employees, which include: communication, teamwork, leadership, customer service, developing others, results orientation, organization and planning, and influence.
