Course Description

Learners will be guided through a simulated automotive product launch using the core tools of APQP.  The course will cover how to incorporate the inputs of product design and customer specific requirements into an effective product launch.  While applying their understanding of the core tools framework, learners will develop outputs such as a Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA and Control Plan with emphasis on risk mitigation and a controlled launch in an IATF16949 environment.
