Course Description

In this interactive module participants will learn about the psychology of change, at the individual employee and organizational level. Participants will learn how individual employees may react to change, and what tactics can be used to minimize negative consequences for employees, and what tactics may be used to help employees cope with change.

Upon completion of this module, learners will be able to:

  • Define the process of change
  • Determine where implementation challenges are likely to occur
  • Identify employee reactions to change
  • Develop action plans for managing organizational change successfully and personal resilience
