CDEV 7121 - Leadership Reflections and Lessons Learned

Course Description

This interactive class will allow learners to inquire further about concepts taught throughout the week, provide deeper learning on key concepts determined by the participants and summarize lessons learned for possible implementation.

At the end of each day, learners will be asked to reflect on key lessons and questions that may still be unanswered.   They will share their highlights with the instructor for the last class.  On the last class, the instructor will provide additional resources to address any questions from the week and will lead the learners through in-depth activities and discussions to consolidate key takeaways and develop ideas for future implementation.
