Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation Leadership Development Certificate

The goal of the program is to provide leaders and upcoming leaders of Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation with development and education that will enhance their leadership capacity and provide them with tools to manage change during times of uncertainty.

The following modules can be taken individually to suit your interest.  Each class will provide learners with a

Certificate of Participation issued by the University of Windsor Continuing Education.

• Communication Skills for Leaders

• Introduction to Project Management

• Leading Self and Leading Others

• Supervising and Coaching

• The Science of Effective Teams

• Becoming a Change Agent

To successfully complete each module, learners must actively participate and attend class.
