UWindsor's Accelerated Project Management Certificate Program provides participants with the skills necessary to succeed in project management and is ideal for all disciplines.
The certificate program also serves to build requisite Professional Development Units (PDU) toward Professional PMP Certification, and is comprised of two levels:
Level I: Project Management Essentials Course
(Six, half day online classes)
This course covers the fundamentals of project management and is intended for those with no formal training in project management. The course guides learners through an understanding of how to apply the most essential concepts of project management to different types of projects.

Level II: 5 Core Courses and 1 Elective Course (Mandatory to achieve Level II)
(each class is two, half days and can be completed in any order)

- PMCP 7202 Managing Variances: Cost and Schedule Fundamentals
- PMCP 7203 Introduction to Agile Project Management
- PMCP 7204 Managing Project Risk
- PMCP 7205 Leading Project-Driven Change
Choose 1 of 3 Electives:

- PMCP 7206 Defining and Managing Project Requirements

- Ideal for any individual working in Project Management
