This program is designed to empower seasoned Windsor Police Service executives and managers, offering them practical tools, competencies, and educational insights to elevate their supervision and leadership capabilities. Participants will engage in a transformative process, delving into self-discovery of their leadership attributes, mastering the art of leading with emotional intelligence, cultivating a reflective and analytical mindset, and honing skills to identify and implement growth strategies. The curriculum further guides learners in formulating a visionary approach to change and sustaining enduring impact through a comprehensive succession planning strategy. Tailored for professionals with 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in both public and private sectors, this program ensures a targeted and impactful learning experience. 

The program will also feature optional 30-minute, one-on-one coaching sessions for interested participants to be completed virtually on Microsoft Teams in the week(s) following the in-person classes.
